2017 Choir Registration forms

Now that our choir group has settled, it’s time to get the paperwork sorted. IF THEY ARE AS ‘TUNED IN’ TO RETURNING NOTES AS THEY ARE TO SINGING FANTASTICALLY WELL, I’LL BE DOUBLY PROUD OF THEM!!

Tomorrow, 3 stapled pages are being sent home. Please keep them safe until you have enough time to read and fill out. All pages must be completed (2 are double-sided) and kept stapled. The bundle is due back by Tuesday 28th March. Copies are included here.
